Reporting into the Head of Talent Attraction, the Talent Attraction Coordinator will be an integral member of the Talent Attraction team, supporting recruitment initiatives at Home Office and Field level including recruitment, campus and wider talent management initiatives.
Recruitment
- Support the front-end of recruitment process for both home office and field level roles including posting jobs, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens and owning the candidate management relationship.
- Support the back-end of the recruitment process including creating employment letters and providing support for the on-boarding of new hires.
- Work closely with internal partners including Talent Attraction, HRBPs, Brand Operations and Brand Marketing team on recruitment initiatives
- Updating & ensuring consistency with job posting templates
- Corresponding with job applicants and providing logistical support for interviews
- Support and manage proactive talent sourcing to help develop candidate pipelines to support home office and field recruitment.
Analytics & Reporting
- Responsible for talent analytics and reporting for a variety of different recruitment related initiatives including Home Office/Field Recruitment, Campus and talent programs.
- Editing and formatting documents
- Preparing materials for presentations
In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Working closely with the TA team throughout the recruitment process ensuring hiring needs are met
- Working closely with Career Centers & Student Societies to build a candidate pipeline
- Support and assist with administrative tasks relating to recruitment, on-boarding, as well as new hire orientation program when needed
- Be responsible for driving operational excellence and efficiency in the hiring process and candidate experience.
- Participate in special projects and/or process improvement efforts as needed
- Working with internal and external stakeholders to execute and coordinate Campus Events
- Manage and support the applicant tracking process (ATS) with updates and reporting.
- Assist with employee referral programs including administration, reporting, and promoting programs internally.
- Assist Talent Acquisition team by attending and giving logistical as well as administrative support for job fairs, recruiting events and other talent programs
- Support the roll out of various HR programs/initiatives
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's/College Degree in HR/Business Administration preferred
- 1-2 years work related experience as a coordinator in a recruitment work environment
- Working knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Drive) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Possess strong written and verbal communications skills
- Have strong organizational skills with a focus on details and accuracy
- Have a proven ability to prioritize tasks and complete high volume of assigned work accurately
- Have a sense of urgency and are able to adapt to a fast-changing environment
- Are self-motivated - comfortable working with ambiguity.
