Very strong proficiency in English required – position requires regular communication and interaction using English. Some speaking capabilities in Mandarin preferred.
Tend to the responsibilities of a receptionist including:
- Taking and making calls;
- Booking and editing appointments;
- Editing documents and listings.
Will at times be asked to assist Deal Secretary with tasks, including assisting with invoices, commission split & tax reports.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.55-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
