Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A multilingual background is preferred to cater to our diverse clientele.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide assistance with check-in and check-out processes.
- Manage front desk operations, including handling phone systems and maintaining accurate guest records.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, ensuring high standards of guest services.
- Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities.
- Assist with reservations for transportation, dining, and entertainment as needed.
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and resolve issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Requirements
- Previous experience in front desk operations or guest services is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling various phone systems.
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus to enhance communication with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
