We are looking for a Customer Success Administrator. One of the significant ways we differentiate ourselves from our competitors is by providing an amazing customer experience. You will be assisting the Customer Success Manager with daily administrative tasks to ensure everything is completed in a timely manner. Your job is to ensure that nothing slips through the cracks and progress is made.
Your role in our future
- Write and send email cadences to customers on behalf of the Customer Success Manager
- Create and fill out cases on salesforce for various departments
- Create and send change orders via Docusign to customers
- Follow up with customers on applications, signatures and other tasks
- Submit customer applications to our payment partner
- Onboard new vendors for different customers
- Work with our payment partners and monitor progress on application and vendor submission
- Ensure that salesforce opportunities and implementations are updated daily
- Follow up with various departments to ensure progress on internal tasks
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree ideally in technology, business administration or business management
- 1-2 years of administrative experience
- Experience working for a SaaS company or a start-up would be considered an asset
- Basic knowledge of accounting and payments
- You have strong organizational and planning skills
- Strong attention to detail and not let anything slips through the cracks
- You possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills and outstanding phone presence with the ability to remain calm under pressure. English is mandatory, other languages will be considered an asset
- You apply your strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport to both customers and colleagues while maintaining integrity and honesty
- Apply effective listening skills to understand needs beyond the question of the customer
- Critical thinking and ability to resolve complex situations are key to the success in this role
- You are not a developer but you are able to discuss and give your input on technical issues, the same way you are able to explain technical issues to non-technical people
