Adecco is currently seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to support our client in a dynamic environment in Toronto, ON. This Temporary-to-Permanent role offers a competitive hourly wage of $23-25, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of relevant experience and be ready to contribute to a fast-paced team.
- Pay rate: $23-$25/hour.

- Shifts: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Responsibilities:
- Preparing, editing, and proofreading correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures, reports, and other materials.
- Opening and distributing incoming mail and coordinating the flow of information within the organization.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments and meetings.
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory.
- Responding to telephone and electronic inquiries, relaying messages as necessary.
- Setting up and maintaining filing systems, both manual and computerized.
- Establishing and determining office procedures.
- Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to employer or appropriate person
- Recording and preparing minutes of meetings.
- Arranging travel schedules and making reservations.
- Compiling data and statistics to support research activities.
- Potentially supervising and training office staff on procedures and software.
- Organizing conferences and events as needed.
Requirements:
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
- 2 to 3 years in an administrative role or similar position.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Flexible with changing priorities and proactive problem-solving.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with office management software (e.g., CRMs like Salesforce).
