Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction & Project Management:
- Reach out to potential and existing clients to discuss their needs and provide solutions.
- Manage and track client projects from initial consultation to final installation.
- Provide design advice, product recommendations, and pricing information to clients.
- Coordinate with the owner and team to ensure timely project completion and client satisfaction.
Sales & Lead Generation:
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calls, emails, and outreach.
- Engage with clients to close sales and meet personal sales goals.
- Follow up on inbound inquiries and convert them into sales.
Marketing & Social Media:
- Manage the company’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Create engaging content to showcase products, services, and client projects.
- Participate in relevant social media groups and engage with potential clients.
Showroom & Daily Operations:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom environment.
- Assist the owner with day-to-day management tasks and any other administrative duties as needed.
- Ensure product displays are attractive and up-to-date.
What We’re Looking For:
- Self-starter with a strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable making cold calls and identifying new business opportunities.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- A passion for design, particularly in custom cabinetry and home renovation.
- Comfortable using social media and creating content to engage with customers.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus!
