Qualifications:
· Excellent verbal and written communication in English
· Flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong personal ethics, and a hunger for success
· Ability to multitask and problem solve in a fast-paced work environment
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Superb attention to detail
· Excellent client relationship management skills
· Full computer literacy, with Microsoft Office 365 experience (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe suite
· Self-starter and self-reliant; ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
Responsibilities:
· Oversee client onboarding, file opening, conflict checks and drafting engagement letters
· Formatting legal documents on behalf of lawyers
· Respond to incoming inquiries, directing them to the appropriate team member
· Coordinate and schedule calls, conferences, events, travel and meetings
· Manage office supply inventory and ensure timely replenishment
· Perform document filing, scanning, and printing for organized record keeping
· Complete bank, postal, court registry filings and securities deposits
· On-site and off-site event planning and management
· Process in-person invoice payments efficiently and accurately
· Ensuring boardrooms are prepped and common areas remain clean
· Distributing client mail
· Maintain and update physical and electronic corporate records books, ensuring compliance and organization
· Support staff and lawyer onboarding processes
Proficiency:
Segev LLP utilizes the following applications and programs to assist providing services to our clients. Familiarity with the below is a bonus but not a requirement. We are more than happy to teach you the ins and outs of our tech stack.
· NetDocuments (Document Management System)
· Cosmolex (Accounting and Billing Platform)
· DocuSign (E-Signatures)
