Description
The
Account Coordinator works collaboratively with an integrated team that delivers brand experiences in-store. We are looking for someone excited about supporting these experiences, working with exciting clients and major retailer contacts, and managing client deliverables on behalf of the brands we represent. The Account Coordinator will assist the team in integral client service responsibilities and support the team's and clients' success. This is an excellent opportunity to not only gain essential Client Management skills, but to make your mark with key clients and grow within and amazing team.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions of this Position:
- Account Services:
- Attend regular client status meetings for all on-going projects including anticipating upcoming projects.
- Assist and coordinate the creation of case studies for completed projects.
- Write recaps of meetings as directed and issue within 24 hours of meeting/discussion.
- Management of client programming and deliverables, including but not limited to program development, marketing materials, contracting, and reporting
- Develop program training based on provided client briefings
- Completion of final reporting documents for the Client Service Team
- General administration duties to support the in-retail programming
Qualifications
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Bachelor’s degree advertising, marketing, or related field.
Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements:
- Must possess the ability to be a strong leader, self-motivated and self-starter
- Strong communication skills, speaking ability and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple demands simultaneously
- Assertive team player and proven sense of urgency
- Excellent organization, time management and prioritization skills; demonstrated ability to juggle multiple critical tasks and consistently deliver against deadlines
- Experience working in Excel
- Experience in Salesforce is an asset, but not required
