As a Client Support Representative your main responsibility will be to assist the Advertising Account Manager and promotional sales team in the creation, implementation and execution of direct marketing & promotional strategies for advertising campaigns across the North Yorkarea designed to fit specific clients' needs. As a Client Account Representative you will: Become familiar with our client’s products and services to ensure you can offer customers the right packages Understand how our client’s technology can enhance and simplify customer’s lives Proactively engage and establish strong relationships with customers, making them feel valued and at ease from the first point of contact Deliver a personalized, client-centric experience, fostering strong and lasting relationships to drive repeat business and enhance brand loyalty. Collect meaningful client information throughout the client journey to understand their preferences to customize the service provided to them. Provide exceptional client experience, focusing on hospitality and elevation through selling skills Use effective selling techniques in a natural, warm, and elevated manner Select the right products matched to client needs and benefits and effectively use cross and upselling techniques.
