This is an excellent part-time opportunity for an entrepreneurial marketing/social media expert to earn an equity stake in a start-up career training project.

The Company:

The Career Pathfinder (www.kathbern.com/career-pathfinder) training program is a four-module multi-lesson video production which is currently under development. The ultimate objective is to develop it into an on-demand course that will appeal to people considering a career change and seeking new job opportunities. Career Pathfinder is associated with Kathbern Management, an executive search company that has been in business for over 20 years. Through Kathbern Management’s resources a large database of potential clients for the Career Pathfinder course is under continuous development and expansion.

The Position:

As a partner, you will collaborate with the founder in developing and implementing a broad range of marketing content, graphics, social media and online sales activities.

Functional Responsibilities:

· Develop graphical content to supplement live video in the course material

· Assume responsibility for branding and all other aspects of marketing

· Develop mechanisms for payment processing and on-demand availability of course material

· Confer with the founder on overall strategy and further expansion of the training concept

Education:

· University degree or college diploma in digital marketing

Core Competencies:

· Familiarity with the latest digital marketing tools

· Familiarity with all aspects of online marketing and payment processing

· Flexibility and willingness to work on a “sweat equity” basis
