Position Overview:
As a Key Holder, you’ll play a vital role in supporting store operations and delivering outstanding service to our customers. You’ll work closely with the management team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while taking on leadership responsibilities when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Open and close the store, ensuring all procedures are followed.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
- Assist in achieving and exceeding sales goals by driving individual and team performance.
- Train and mentor team members, providing guidance and support.
- Maintain store standards, including merchandising, cleanliness, and inventory management.
- Handle cash, perform POS transactions, and process returns or exchanges.
- Act as a point of contact for the team in the absence of management.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail or customer service, with leadership responsibilities preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
