The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Manager, Content Marketing, the Content Marketing Specialist supports the Content Marketing team with the creation and distribution of marketing content across multiple platforms and formats to drive sales, increase engagement, and promote Fidelity’s brand, products and services to investors.
What You Will Do:
The Content Marketing Specialist is responsible for helping to drive organic awareness, acquisition, and adoption for the business. As a member of the Content Marketing team, you will assist in developing and implementing existing strategic plans that successfully contribute to our lead generation targets. Using a digital-first approach and a customer-centric view, you will create compelling content and campaigns that resonate with our customers and strategically nurture leads throughout the customer journey. In this role, you will:

Collaborate with our team of writers to develop keyword-targeted personal finance articles that support our organic search objectives.

Support integrated marketing programs for new and existing clients, including onboarding, cross-selling, retention, and platform adoption programs to drive KPIs such as sign-ups, account openings, downloads, etc.

Manage our licensed content program to support existing marketing campaigns.

Maintain a regular cycle of updates for collateral, including expiration, retirement and redesign as needed.

Support the team with reporting to help inform marketing planning, strategies, and campaigns.

Work collaboratively with internal business partners and other key stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
-
Over 2 years’ experience gained in a marketing, public relations, or communications role within financial services or asset management.
-
Knowledge of the financial services industry with a growing understanding of wealth management products like ETFs and personal finance topics.
-
A passion for creating tailored and engaging content in a variety of formats and styles to convert audiences.
-
An understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and how to edit content to improve SEO ranking.
-
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, changing focus and priorities.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure operational compliance in a highly regulated environment with supervision from Manager to ensure compliance requirements are maintained.

Familiarity with content management platforms (experience with Seismic is an asset).
