Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and professional Cabinet Installer and General Technician with expertise in cabinet installation to join our team. This role focuses on the precise assembly and installation of cabinets in residential spaces. Experience in general construction and maintenance is considered an asset but is not a primary requirement.

Responsibilities

Cabinet Installation (Primary Focus):

Assemble, install, and secure cabinets in kitchens, bathrooms, and other designated spaces.
Ensure accurate alignment, fit, and functionality of all installations.
Perform finishing touches to deliver polished, high-quality results.
Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction and project success.

Team Collaboration and Equipment Management:

Work with the team to meet project timelines and uphold quality standards.
Operate and maintain tools and equipment to ensure safe, efficient operations.

General Construction and Maintenance (Nice to Have):

Install and repair flooring, including hardwood, laminate, and tile.
Perform framing, drywall installation, patching, and finishing.
Handle painting, touch-ups, and minor repairs.
Assist with general home or commercial maintenance tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Proven experience in cabinet installation with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in tools and equipment related to cabinetry and construction.
Knowledge of carpentry and home maintenance (flooring, framing, etc.) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and a dedication to delivering quality work.
Physical stamina for lifting heavy materials and performing labor-intensive tasks.
Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation (preferred).
