Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented junior lawyer (who can speak fluent Korean and has at least 2 years experience in family law and civil litigation) to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will handle various legal matters, including family laws and civil litigation. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis to support case preparation and strategy development.
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and motions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws.
- Assist senior lawyers in negotiations, preparing necessary documentation and strategies for successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with clients to gather information and provide updates on case progress.
- Maintain organized records of all legal documents and correspondence related to ongoing cases.
- Attend court hearings and trials as required.
Skills
- Proficient in Korean language (read, write and speak)
- Strong legal drafting skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent negotiation abilities to advocate effectively for clients' interests.
- Exceptional writing skills for clear and concise communication of complex legal concepts.
