We are a company in the Real Estate & Property industry. The role we are looking to fill is that of an Accounts Payable Clerk. You will be joining our team, working in a balanced workplace environment, which involves both on-site and remote work.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately process utilities AP data entry and coding tasks, all to be done in CDN
- Upload invoices to Yardi, our property management software
- Perform regular statement reviews and update WorkSafe and Certificate of Insurance
- Handle some vendor reconciliations
- Oversee some commercial AP and manage a few purchase orders
- Utilize Microsoft Excel in your day-to-day tasks
- Ensure Account Reconciliation is done for all accounts
- Become familiar with property codes, utilizing the cheat sheet provided
- You will not be responsible for expenses or payment runs
- Possess a minimum of 0 years experience in an Accounts Payable role or similar
- Proven proficiency in Account Reconciliation
- Demonstrated ability to handle Accounts Payable (AP)
- Experience in Coding Invoices is highly desirable
- Strong Data Entry skills are a must
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Yardi software would be advantageous
- Must have a keen interest in the Real Estate & Property industry
