Position: Petroleum Construction Estimator - Mechanical/Civil

Location: Toronto, Ontario

Role Overview: We are seeking a Toronto Mechanical/Civil Petroleum Construction Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate has estimating experience in the petroleum construction field. The Estimator will be responsible for the accurate, timely preparation of full-cost estimates for projects, including materials, labour & subcontractors. The majority of our Toronto sites are located in Vaughan, Oakville and Hamilton.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, schedule and manage the day-to-day operations of the Toronto team.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics.
Mentor and develop staff, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of estimating experience in the petroleum industry - ideally fuel terminals.
Ideally has a Petroleum Mechanic license in Ontario with at least 5 years of field experience in fuel terminals.
Strong knowledge of safety regulations and operational best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Must be a authorized to work in Canada immediately.
