Job Description
Our member is looking for a dedicated and motivated Electrical Apprentice to join their team. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience as an apprentice, is skilled in using tools, and has their own set of basic electrical tools. This role provides hands-on experience and the opportunity to work on diverse commercial and residential projects.
Responsibilities:
- Support journeyman electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance of electrical systems.
- Assist in various construction and renovation projects.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.
- Maintain tools, materials, and job site organization.
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to project success.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience as an electrical apprentice.
- Enrollment in or completion of an electrical apprenticeship program.
- Must own a set of basic electrical tools and be competent in using them.
- Basic knowledge of commercial and residential electrical systems.
- Strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow directions and work well in a team setting.
- Familiarity with electrical codes and safety practices.
- Valid driver’s license
