Responsibilities
- Oversee administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Handle customer by establishing and maintaining good relationships with them.
- support back warehouse by setting up deliveries and working with the shipping companies
- Communicate effectively with team members and external sales persons via phone and email.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Organize office operations to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar software applications.
