We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support and ensure efficient operation in our office environment.
*Responsibilities*
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level
- Assist with administrative tasks including customer p[paperwork and contracts
- Accounts receivable management
- Utilize computerized systems for organizing and updating files
- Provide excellent customer service and phone etiquette to all visitors and callers
*Qualifications*
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Strong typing skills with accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.77-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
