The Ecommerce Fulfillment Associate position will support the continuous operations of our marketplace business to ensure strong inventory availability while fulfilling customers online tickets and supporting Marketing initiatives, B2B gifting & events. This position is entry level & will collaborate with Customer Experience staff to deliver exceptional customer service within a fast-paced logistics environment.
The Ecommerce Fulfillment Associate position is perfect for an individual interested in working within a fast growing and dynamic environment. The role requires agility and adaptability to ensure we’re able to meet the demand for our growing brand in the US and provide a best-in-class online experience. You will be working with a group of skilled and motivated subject-matter experts focused on team success.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for reaching individual KPIs in accordance with Sales Volume
- Report to SOS & Department Management
- Fulfillment of Online Tickets
- Reconcile Returned packages with Customer Service Teams
- Additional cross-functional operational duties as assigned by supervisor
- Keeping immediate workstation in tidy condition for optimal performance
- Adhering to Laderach company Values & Beliefs
Job Requirements
- FT/PT Availability for up to 5 shifts a week including Weekends
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced logistics environment
- Ability to execute plans and work alongside an experienced & determined team
- Willing to learn and take on new challenges
- Adaptable, positive, curious, self-motivated, and solution orientated
- Availability on weekdays
- Must be able to lift upwards of 25-40lbs
Compensation Include:
- Competitive Hourly Pay $17.20 CAD
- Premium Holiday Pay (Time and a Half)
