Position Overview:
The Returns Inventory Analyst will be responsible for overseeing and actioning all RMA / returns processing for North America. The Returns Inventory Analyst is also responsible for maintaining the accuracy of all inventory pending repairs at 3PL facilities, as well as the accuracy of inventory sitting with repair partners. Other duties involve cross-departmental liaison work in order to properly process returns and claims in a timely manner, while also supporting the creation and maintenance of proper flow and SOP documentation, as relates to North American returns and claims.
What You'll Do:
- Working with the appropriate internal customers, vendors and other 3PL partners in the effective and proper processing of returned merchandise, with attentive detail to quality and inventory accuracy.
- Manually reviewing and posting Credit Notes for partial shipments, and following-up on units outstanding.
- Coordinating and controlling the RMA cycle and associated storage and movement of goods between the wholesale customers and the 3PL.
- Coordinating all movements of inventory between internal and external repairs facilities including TO creation and execution
- Performing analysis and executing any and all necessary inventory adjustments to align 3PL and D365 return/repair inventory in compliance with SOX requirements
- Analyzing data to monitor performance and plan improvements in Return-to-Stock performance.
- Analyzing logistical problems and producing new solutions.
- Ensuring warehouse and office staff are well-informed, trained and following established SOP and Turnaround Time KPI is being realized.
Let's Talk About You:
- 3- 5 years experience in RMA processing
- 3- 5 years experience in maintaining a complete claims process
- Previous working experience with 3PL Providers
- Ability to build exceptional relationships with internal stakeholders, maintain accurate inventory and follow processes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, as well as Microsoft Office products
