BlueLink is seeking an Account Executive for our ERP solution. We deliver an all-in-one cloud-based ERP solution to small and medium-size businesses, primarily wholesalers and distributors, as well as those that sell through retail and eCommerce channels. We are looking for a dynamic hunter and closer who is self-motivated, goal-oriented, manages a pipeline, drives sales cycles, and closes business. The successful Account Executive is a high-impact individual capable of driving new customer acquisition, generating revenue and meeting or exceeding quotas.

This is a fully remote role; all candidates must be based in Canada, preferably in GTA. Please note: we are unable to hire in Quebec

Responsibilities:

Meet or exceed assigned sales objectives and quarterly and annual booking targets by initiating and completing the sales process
Aggressively focus on new customer acquisition by qualifying and pursuing outbound leads to ensure a good fit for the product, laying a foundation for long term retention and customer success, also recognizing leads which should be returned to marketing for nurture
Conduct prospecting activities with high priority target accounts through trade show attendance and other activities
Penetrate new accounts by conducting discovery and creating a quantitative and qualitative ROI or value creation plan
Collaborate with and coordinate internal resources to share information and execute sales cycles/processes
Maintain diligent use of CRM to track all opportunities, leads, activities, forecasts, etc

Qualifications:

2+ years of proven quota attainment in B2B SaaS sales
Experience with ERP, Inventory Management and/or Supply Chain solutions
Experience working in a smaller team selling into small to mid-sized businesses
Selling new logo sales in the $30,000 - $60,000 ARR range
Consistent track record of over-achieving quota in a new logo selling role
Experienced hunter, with successful track record of acquiring new customers
Proven experience qualifying and managing outbound leads
Proven ability to manage an end-to-end sales cycle, including performing detailed needs analysis and product demonstrations, driving alignment across multiple decision-makers with 90-to-120-day sale cycle
Practical understanding of inventory management, wholesale, and distribution
