Position Available: Supply Planner
Location: Vancouver, British Columbia
Reporting to the Senior Manager, FP&A and Planning, we are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Supply Planner who will play a versatile and impactful role in driving product performance, optimizing inventory levels, and executing purchasing and merchandising strategies. This position bridges the gap between strategic planning and operational execution, ensuring our products are thoughtfully sourced, effectively allocated, and perfectly positioned to meet customer demand while supporting business growth.

By analyzing trends, managing inventory flow, and supporting key business decisions, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our product offerings and enhancing operational efficiency.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and maintain supply plans that align with business needs, ensuring product availability while optimizing inventory levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, Partner with Supply Chain and Logistics to ensure timely product delivery and alignment with operational priorities.
- Monitor and manage supply chain processes, including forecasting, order placement, and delivery schedules.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify risks, resolve issues, and recommend actionable solutions to meet departmental goals.
- Partner with the Planning team to refine and improve operational workflows.
- Provide insights into product demand and inventory management to support business growth.
- Proactively identify and address gaps in the supply process, ensuring seamless execution of operational goals.
What You’ll Need:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a Planner, Allocator, or similar role, ideally in retail or e-commerce.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, with experience in building models and analyzing large datasets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for improving processes and driving results.
- Experience with supply chain systems, tools, and reporting processes is a strong asset.
