We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant Clerk. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service and perform a variety of tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing and posting incoming payments accurately and efficiently
- Preparing and sending invoices to customers
- Monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments and following up with customers
- Assisting with data entry tasks related to accounts receivable
- Addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or discrepancies
- Collaborating with other departments to address billing or payment-related concerns
