We are currently looking for an experienced Host/Hostess eager to join our team of elite hospitality professionals who redefine luxury service and guest experience on a daily basis.

Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor and genuine hospitality
- Manage reservations and walk-ins using Tock
- Escort guests to their tables, presenting menus and informing them of wait times, if applicable
- Maintain an organized seating plan to optimize dining room flow
- Communicate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth service
- Assist with special requests or accommodations for guests
- Answer phone calls and provide information about reservations, menu items, and events
- Help maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the reception and dining area
- Handle guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and poise
- Uphold Wedgewood Hotel's high standards of service and guest experience
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage high guest volume during peak times
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Proficiency with Tock
- A positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong work ethic
- Flexible schedule with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
