WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
Player Services Coordinator
This position will primarily focus on projects within the Professional Events department. The position will assist with core activities related to player services at the National Bank Open. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to supporting the planning and delivery of the player services program including volunteers. This role also supports the professional events team on administrative and on-site execution of National Bank Open.
National Bank Open
- Assist with obtaining credential requests from key stakeholders as well as the management of UNO accreditation system
- Assist with the booking of accommodations for key stakeholders
- Assist with organizing the practice schedule
- Assist with the delivery and creation of the player guide
- Assist with the hitting partners and gym attendants program
- Assist with the scheduling of suppliers (laundry, shuttle, etc.)
- Support the planning and delivery of the gifting and top player program
- Support the distribution of tickets and parking passes
- Support the coordination of VISA letters
- Support the coordination of transportation for key stakeholders
- Support the delivery of off-site player excursions
- Support the delivery of Mental Time Out initiatives in player areas
- Assist with volunteer fairs and volunteer package pickup
- Assist with the delivery of ballcrew tryouts
Other Related Activities
- Assist with various administrative support of the events department
- Assist with on-site execution of National Bank Open
- Assist with the set up and tear down of player services areas
- Assist with volunteers related to player services
- Assist at ancillary events as assigned
- Any other support required
WHO YOU ARE?
- Possess strong administrative and organizational skills and an independent work ethic
- Excellent computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Teams
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Energetic, self-motivated and possessing a winning attitude while excelling in a professional, working environment
- Knowledge of tennis and/or events an asset, but not required
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Hybrid remote based out of our Toronto location
- Full time hours
- Work term is between April 28th to August 15th, 2025
- Office hours are from Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm with extended hours including weekend & evening shifts leading up to the National Bank Open presented by Rogers.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to lift and carry or otherwise move 15 pounds occasionally
