We are ideally seeking a candidate located in Delta, BC. Our Home Office is located in Delta and follows a hybrid work model.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Managing and maintaining the online store on the Shopify platform, ensuring seamless functionality and an exceptional user experience
- Implementing and optimizing e-commerce strategies to increase sales, conversion rates, and average order values
- Coordinating with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns tailored for diverse audiences across various channels
- Analyzing performance metrics and utilizing data-driven insights to drive business decisions and website enhancements
- Providing excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and issues
- Staying up to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and technologies to continuously improve our online presence
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory is up-to-date and accurately reflected on the website
- Developing content for the website and marketing materials, ensuring accurate translation and cultural relevance
As The Successful Candidate You Have:
- 1-3 years experience with User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design
- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, particularly with Shopify or similar platforms
- Proficiency with Shopify, Wordpress, Google Analytics, Monday.com, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic web technologies (HTML, CSS)
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in using analytic tools (GA4) to monitor and improve web experience and CRO
- A strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and SEO principles
- Proficiency in time management and meticulous attention to detail
- Familiarity with CRM systems and content management systems is a plus
- Experience in the optical industry or with the ecommerce space is considered an asset
- Bilingualism (English and French) is considered an asset

FYihealth group aims to create a comprehensive rewards package to attract and retain top talent. The expected compensation for this position is $59,400 - $70,000 per year, considering factors like experience, skills, and qualifications.
