Accounts Receivable Administrator
RAB Design Lighting Inc. is hiring an Accounts Receivable Administrator.
Specific duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Process accounts receivable transactions daily using Syspro ERP software, including all application of payments.
- Conduct account analysis to identify delinquent accounts and take appropriate action
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up with customers on overdue invoices and resolve any issues and disputes.
- Maintain up-to-date customer account information.
- Credit applications for new customers.
- Provide customers with requested documents such as invoices and statements.
- Update monthly customer rebate reports.
- Provide additional accounting and administrative support to the Accounting Department as required.
- The role will be based in the office.
Compensation:
Compensation will be between $54,000 and $57,000 and is commensurate with experience. In addition, the Company pays 100% of the group health plan premiums which include life insurance, long term disability, dental and medical coverage.

Requirements:
The successful candidate must have the following skills and background:
- Enthusiasm, organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Complete work in an accurate and timely manner.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Post-secondary diploma or similar, preferably related to bookkeeping.
- Basic excel skills (summarize information, basic formulas).
- Minimum 5+ years experience in accounts receivable.
- Additional duties as assigned.
