You’re a recent graduate eager to dive into real estate. Equal parts relationship-builder and problem-solver, you thrive on meeting people, building trust, and solving challenges with resourcefulness and integrity. You’re here to learn, grow, and make an impact—ready to take on new experiences in sales, leasing, and customer care. You’re adaptable, collaborative within a close-knit team, and excel at working independently.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Under the mentorship of our SVP, Sales & Marketing, you’ll focus on sales, customer care & leasing for Originate’s portfolio.
- Sales and marketing: Sell inventory units—convert leads, host tours, engage agents and buyers, negotiate, and close deals. Manage lead generation campaigns.
- Customer Care: Support closing tasks, on-site customer care, and warranty/closeout processes.
- Leasing: Lease units on behalf of owners during interim occupancy at Six99 (a boutique condo at Bayview & Sheppard completing in 2025) and on behalf of Originate for its rental portfolio.
- Ad hoc support: Provide ad hoc support to Originate’s CEO, including portfolio property management, operations, and consultant coordination.
