We're looking for an Outbound Sales Associate - Work Onsite! GTA and Toronto Area, working in the BPO industry in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote credit card offerings.
- Clearly explain credit card features, benefits, fees, and terms to potential customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate credit card products that align with their financial goals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs, including the number of calls made, credit cards sold, and conversion rates.
- Build rapport with potential customers to create a positive customer experience.
- Handle customer objections effectively and provide relevant information to address concerns.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, or other sources.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, credit card regulations, and product updates.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to continuously improve sales strategies and processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical standards.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Persuasive and confident in pitching products and closing sales.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection professionally.

Qualifications:
- Ability to work onsite (GTA/Toronto area)
- Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar role (experience in financial services or credit card sales is a plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and engage customers in meaningful conversations.
- Strong persuasion skills with the ability to overcome objections.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
