This is a Hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Toronto office.

What The Day Will Look Like
- Coordinate information with other teams to facilitate renewal process;
- Attend pre-renewal strategy meetings with Broker, as required;
- Support planning and marketing initiatives for the Broker and Account team;
- Create draft submissions for all accounts with Aon’s Standard pre-renewal process;
- Submission Quality to Aon Standards;
- In collaboration with the Broker, analyze client specific risk exposure and detail coverage requirements;
- In collaboration with the Broker, review quotations and prepare renewal reports;
- Calculate complex premiums and adjustments and begin invoice processing instructions;
- Policy checks;
- Ensuring Aon systems maintain the most up-to-date Policy Documents and Endorsements;
- Issue Manuscript Renewal Endorsements;
- In consultation with the Broker, review and request corrections to policy documents from Insurer and engage Brokers if insurers are not delivering in accordance with Aon service standards;
- Handle mid-term changes to policies to/from insurers based on changes in the risk as reported by the AE Team;
- Take ownership of general day-to-day client servicing, with the Broker’s assistance and mentorship;
- Maintain client files in accordance with Aon Standards;
- Complete Time Tracking in accordance with Aon Standards;
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- Shown ability to prioritize challenging requirements and deadlines under pressure;
- Must have strong computer skills and be proficient with the Microsoft Office Package
