What you will do:
As a Consultant in a Big Four Global Consulting Firm, you will participate in projects across our key service domains helping large, complex organizations reimagine their customer interactions by developing innovative strategies and solutions. Furthermore, you understand the power of technology enablers like Salesforce, Microsoft, eCommerce platforms and other customer enablement solutions.
This role is about project, delivery, practice development, and sales.
- Team and project management: you will work with a team of high performers, maintain strong client relations and shape the deliverable of outstanding work products;
- Practice development: you will create followership and can support recruiting, marketing and practice administration as required.
- Business development: you will support the marketing and support of winning the trust of clients resulting in sold work;
You will play a central role in delivering a structured process to shape an ambitious and practical path for clients to realize value. You will also be part of a global KPMG Customer network that has developed some of the best CX and Digital tools, methods and frameworks anywhere.
What you bring to this role:
- 2-3 years’ experience delivering client service excellence;
- Minimum of 2 of those years with a professional services firm;
- Have a minimum of a Bachelors degree in Business Management or Commerce;
- Experience in delivering project based, milestone driven work;
- Strategic and intellectual thinker who can deliver strategy, technology, and process through the lens of a digital experience;
- Advanced capability in primary and secondary research methods;
- Advanced capabilities in the development compelling presentations in PowerPoint;
- Experience with enabling customer technologies.
KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information
The expected base salary range for this position is $66,000 to $72,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
