Role Description
Looking for our next sales ninja/rockstar on a team full of ninjas and rockstars!! As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for engaging in sales activities, generating leads, and effectively communicating with potential clients leading to a book qualified meeting. You will work closely with the founders to identify business development opportunities and contribute to the overall growth of the company. You will leverage a combination of emails, social and phone calls for outreach. This role is a hybrid role with 3 days in office in our downtown Vancouver office.

Qualifications
- Strong inside sales and lead generation skills
- Context switching between different companies
- Not afraid to pick up the phone, really not afraid to pick up the phone!
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and contribute to business development
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Experience in the sales industry
- Resilience!
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred
