Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Site Scanner Specialist to join our team. This is an on-site position requiring extensive travel across the Lower Mainland to collect property data and perform scans for residential and commercial properties.

This role demands a high level of physical fitness, adaptability to varying work conditions, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. It is ideally suited for individuals who are seriously seeking stable, employment and are prepared to meet the challenges of a physically demanding role.

Key Responsibilities

Travel to Assigned Locations:

Drive extensively between sites, with daily distances ranging from 30 km up to 150 km.
Ensure punctual arrival at scheduled properties within the Lower Mainland.

Property Scanning and Data Collection:

Use specialized equipment and technology to capture detailed property data.
Access and navigate confined spaces such as crawl spaces, attics, or basements to complete scans.

Physical Tasks:

Lift and carry equipment weighing up to 30 lbs.
Perform tasks involving frequent bending, stretching, and other physical movements.

Customer Service:

Interact professionally with property owners, tenants, and stakeholders.
Address client inquiries or concerns courteously and effectively.

Adaptation to Work Environments:

Perform tasks in diverse conditions, including unclean or disorganized properties.
Work outdoors or in spaces exposed to varying weather conditions.

Independence and Accountability:

Work independently without direct supervision.
Manage schedules and tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.

Continuous Learning:

Quickly adapt to new tools, technologies, and workflows as required by the role.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of processes and operational standards.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements:

Transportation:
Reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
Ability to cover long-distance travel daily.

Physical Fitness:
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs comfortably.
Willingness to bend, stretch, and work in confined spaces for extended periods.

Background Check:
Ability to pass a comprehensive criminal background check.

Professional Equipment:
Preference will be given to those candidates that have an iPad Pro (M1 or higher) or any iPad (M2 or higher)

Work Environment and Flexibility:

Comfort working in varying weather conditions and environments.
Ability to adapt to properties that may be unclean or in disarray.

Technical Aptitude:

Willingness and ability to learn new scanning technologies and processes.

Independence:

Demonstrated ability to work without supervision, manage schedules effectively, and meet deadlines consistently.
