Position Title: Junior Inside Sales Representative
Working Hours: Monday-Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
Friday: 8:00am -- 3:30pm
Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Inside Salesperson to join our team. This role is integral to ensuring seamless order processing and exceptional client service. It also provides an excellent opportunity to develop your sales skills and build your own client network while working in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Job Responsibilities and Requirements: With a wide variety of project and client demands happening, your role will be varied and may include any of the following:
Responsibilities
1. Sales
- Work to develop your own clients through cold calling, connecting on Linkedin, sharing marketing presentations that you develop
- Attend client meetings with other sales staff to learn sales techniques and to further understand client needs
2. Order Management:
- Process new sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Review and confirm order details with clients to ensure all requirements are met.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including production and shipping, to meet client deadlines.
3. Client Communication:
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming client inquiries.
- Provide timely updates on order status and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with clients, ensuring a positive experience.
4. Administrative Support:
- Assist senior sales team members with administrative tasks, such as preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations.
- Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
- Track sales metrics and prepare reports as needed.
5. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders.
- Participate in team meetings to share updates and insights.
6. Marketing:
- Develop a series of specialized powerpoint presentations to support sales and marketing efforts.
- Maintain and update the company’s social media platforms.
- Assist with updates to the company website to ensure accurate and engaging content.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite is preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and team-oriented mindset with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
