Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Customer Success Representative to join our team at ThreadCo Print Shop. This role is ideal for someone passionate about customer satisfaction, who thrives in an environment where even the smallest details matter, and who is excited about guiding customers through the custom apparel decoration process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Respond promptly to inbound inquiries about custom apparel projects, including embroidery, screen printing, and laser etching.
- Project Management: Manage the entire project cycle, turning leads into loyal customers by ensuring a seamless experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with customers to oversee custom apparel decoration projects from inception to delivery, maintaining clear communication throughout.
- Order Tracking: Monitor orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
- Customer Service Excellence: Maintain high standards of customer service in every interaction, going above and beyond to meet client needs.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Communication: Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Creativity: Graphic design or creative skills are highly desirable.
- Time Management: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Vision for creative business ideas and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Customer Service: Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Initiative: Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and initiative.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using computers and digital tools.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service.
- Prior experience in custom apparel decoration is a plus but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $44,000.00-$49,000.00 per year
