Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging data, creativity, and cutting-edge tools to drive online visibility, engagement, and conversions. This role requires expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Paid Search Marketing (PPC).
Key Responsibilities:
- SEO Strategy and Execution:
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for organic growth.
- Optimize website structure, content, and metadata for improved search engine rankings.
- Perform technical SEO audits and recommend solutions to enhance site performance (e.g., page speed, crawlability).
- Monitor and analyze organic traffic trends and implement strategies to improve rankings and visibility.
- Paid Search Campaign Management:
- Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media networks.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages to maximize ROI.
- Perform in-depth analysis of campaign performance and optimize for KPIs (e.g., CTR, CPC, conversions).
- Stay updated on platform changes and best practices to ensure campaign success.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on key metrics across SEO and paid search channels.
- Use insights to make data-driven decisions and recommendations.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital efforts with broader business goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO and paid search.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or equivalent.
- Strong technical SEO skills, including familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website architecture.
- Experience with PPC management, including budget allocation and performance optimization.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with e-commerce marketing or lead generation campaigns.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Bing Ads, or HubSpot.
- Knowledge of content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and CRM platforms.
