Evermark Real Estate Services is a boutique, full-service real estate firm based in Vancouver, specializing in pre-sale and resale services across the Greater Vancouver Regional District (GVRD). Our international clients seek high standards in real estate, and we excel in delivering B2C and B2B solutions for sales and marketing activities. Since 2019, we have successfully launched and sold various projects in GVRD, and we are rapidly expanding.
Position Overview:
We are seeking two Sales Representatives to join our team and contribute to exciting projects in the Greater Vancouver region. This full-time role requires at least 1 year of experience in real estate sales and customer service, offering opportunities to collaborate with team leaders and grow within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend and participate in project meetings, sales team training sessions, and marketing initiatives.
- Become an expert on project details, including architectural plans, marketing materials, disclosure statements, and contracts.
- Prepare marketing materials, contracts, and disclosure statements for the sales centre.
- Handle customer interactions, from registration to project presentations and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update CRM with client interactions, deposits, and amendments.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly traffic and sales reports.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and purchaser questions promptly.
- Manage appointments and schedules.
- Maintain sales centre organization and perform deficiency walkthroughs and key handovers.
- Coordinate between the Sales Director, developers, and the construction team.
- Monitor competing projects and local real estate news, providing analyses.
Qualifications:
- License: Valid Realtor License (or in the process of being licensed).
- Experience: At least 1 year in real estate sales and customer service, including contract writing.
- Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Knowledge of CRM systems and the pre-sale process.
- Ability to prepare reports and analyze data.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin and/or Cantonese proficiency is an asset.
- Social media literacy is preferred.
Other Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Previous sales centre experience is a plus.
Schedule: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM, includes one weekend day but one weekday off
