Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting project management efforts, ensuring that all aspects of construction projects are executed efficiently and effectively. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, and a solid understanding of construction processes and software.
Duties
- Assist in the development and management of project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinate communication between project teams, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate smooth operations.
- Review blueprints and schematics to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Support the estimating process by gathering data and assisting in the preparation of construction estimates.
- Monitor project progress and prepare reports for stakeholders on timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Participate in project meetings, taking notes and following up on action items as necessary.
Requirements
- Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding schematics.
- Excellent time management abilities with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and external partners.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum 1-2 years of Experience Mandatory.
