Job Summary:
The Sales Associate will play a key role in identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities within the fenestration industry. This role involves developing relationships with prospective clients, demonstrating the value of our SaaS platform, and supporting the sales process from initial contact to successful onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively identify and pursue new sales leads within the fenestration industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, focusing on manufacturers, distributors, and retailers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our SaaS platform.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market demands.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Provide insights and feedback from clients to assist in the continuous improvement of the product.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Periodic visits to client sites to assist with product demonstrations, presentations, and other sales-related activities aimed at supporting deal closure.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in the manufacturing or fenestration industry.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value for clients.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with the fenestration industry, including common challenges and needs, is a plus.
