Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update product listings on the website, ensuring all images, descriptions, prices, and inventory levels are accurate and up-to-date.
- Optimize the user experience on the site to increase conversion rates and regularly audit product pages to reflect seasonal promotions or newly launched products.
- Add and maintain precise product data while collaborating with inventory teams to ensure real-time stock level updates, preventing stockouts or overselling.
- Monitor performance metrics such as traffic, average order value, and cart abandonment rates, implementing conversion rate optimization techniques like A/B testing and enhancing site navigation.
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns including discounts, flash sales, and limited-time offers, while working in tandem with marketing teams to integrate promotions across digital channels.
- Analyze and adjust digital marketing strategies to improve ROI, leveraging tools such as Google Ads and social media platforms.
- Engage with customers by monitoring feedback and reviews, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries and concerns to foster loyalty through personalized experiences.

Required Skills
