Responsibilities:
- Participate in a comprehensive training program designed to develop leadership and management skills.
- Gain exposure to various departments within the organization, including operations, sales, and customer service.
- Build strong relationships with different leaders and departments.
- Engage in a dynamic 5-year program (subject to change) that includes on-site experience in the fire protection industry.
- Assist with day-to-day tasks, projects, and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve business goals.
- Explore opportunities to grow into different leadership and management roles.
- Learn about the fire protection industry and gain hands-on experience in decision-making, problem-solving, and strategic planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preference for candidates with experience in the Fire/Life Safety Industry.
- CFAA certification is advantageous.
- Open to new graduates from the fire protection industry.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn, ambition, and self-motivation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
