COORDINATE WITH CUSTOMER FOR SERVICE CALLS INCLUDING JOB SITE AND IN-STORE REPAIR
COORDINATE WITH SHOP MANAGER AND MECHANICS FOR PARTS AND TOOLS SIGN OUT & TICKET IN/OUT FROM STOCK
COMPLETION ALL INTERNAL PAPERWORK AFTER SERVICE/REPAIR JOB DONE BEFORE SUBMITTING TO HEAD OFFICE
