Ecommerce Customer Service Representative
We are a Canadian company specializes in the sale of medical devices, supplements and vitamins, over the phone and via the web. We are looking for customer service representatives to provide exceptional customer service in handling inbound phone calls and all aspects of a sales cycle. Job Description:
Responds to inbound customer calls, emails and on-line chatting;
Responsibles for servicing customers with their inquiries on medical device, vitamins and supplements;
Prepares and maintains a record for each patient containing all pertinent information, care plans, physician prescriptions and follow-up documentation;
Complies with and adheres to all regulatory compliance areas, “best practices”, policies and procedures;
Makes proper recommendations of additional products and services to add value to the client's portfolio;
Handles order entry management, runs and expedites sales and order reports, prepares package to be mailed out.

Fluent in French and English;
Possesses excellent listening and verbal communication skills and demonstrate a sincere approach to helping others;
Self-starter who will take the initiative to obtain solutions, pay attention to details;
Comfortable working independently and within a team environment;
Assets include familiarity with computer applications, data entry, and pharmaceutical, vitamins and supplements, and other sales experience is considered an asset.
