What You’ll Do
As an
Associate Solutions Consultant in Kainos' Workday Products Practice, you will be instrumental in engaging with customers to enhance their Workday experience. This role is ideal for a motivated individual eager to learn and grow within a dynamic team, helping customers maximize the value of their Workday investments through tailored solutions and innovative products.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Customer Engagement and Discovery - Contribute to the qualification of prospects. Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and objectives. Work closely with sales teams to develop a comprehensive understanding of customer requirements, ensuring that solutions are aligned with their strategic goals.
- Solution Demonstration - Partner with senior solution consultants to craft compelling business cases and value propositions that effectively highlight the benefits of Kainos products.
- Technical Expertise and Product Advocacy – Build a strong foundation of knowledge about Kainos products, industry trends, and the competitive landscape. Provide technical expertise during the sales cycle, assisting the sales team in addressing customer inquiries and concerns. Collaborate with product development teams to relay market needs and contribute ideas for potential product enhancements.
- Business Analysis and Strategy - Analyze industry trends and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for product development or market expansion. Contribute to the development of go-to-market strategies for new product features or offerings. Support sales with responding to RFIs/RFPs.
- Putting people first & developing others – As a new member of our high-performing team, you will have the opportunity to embrace a collaborative mindset by sharing your insights and fresh perspectives with peers. Engage in team activities that promote learning and development.
Experience/Skills Requirements
- 1-3 years industry experience in HCM industry, preferably Workday
- Sales and Customer Engagement Background: 1-2 years of experience in solution consulting, sales, project management or customer-facing roles, preferably within SaaS or related industries.
- Presentation and Communication Skills: confident presentation skills, both remote and in-person, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and deliver business value-based proposals to diverse audiences
- Relationship Building: Desire to network both internally and externally that will encourage you to foster trust and collaboration, becoming a supportive partner in our customers' success.
