Purpose and Position Summary
In your role as Digital Marketing Specialist at Pace Creative, you will be instrumental in coordinating, delivering, and monitoring strategic digital marketing campaigns for diverse client accounts and campaigns. This is a client-facing role that will be responsible for overseeing multiple client accounts and campaigns, including Google Ads campaigns, and Facebook/Instagram Ads campaigns, to ensure that these campaigns and projects hit their targets. The purpose of this role is to support existing and new clients with Google Ads, paid Facebook and Instagram (Meta) Ads, and social media management.
What we expect from our Digital Marketing Specialist:
- Manage several client Google and Meta Ads accounts with a focus on delivering excellent client service, hitting key performance indicators, and communicating relevant results.
- Manage monthly client budgets and ensure that accounts are not under or overspent.
- Manage account access and set up for new client accounts, and set up and manage tracking with both Meta Pixels and Google Ads/GA4 Analytics.
- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals.
- Provide oversight and manage new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of paid search marketing initiatives.
- Review monthly marketing reports to ensure accuracy and create executive summaries for clients, and recommendations for optimization.
- Support the creation of report templates that present relevant data to clients in ways that are accessible.
- Communicate with clients around key performance indicators.
- Ensure that deliverables (reports, recommendations, and audits) are complete, accurate, and meet the client’s needs.
- Set up and review all tracking for Google and Meta Ads.
- Set up reporting dashboards and monitor performance
Who You Are
As the ideal candidate, you:
- Have a digital marketing degree or relevant digital marketing experience.
- Have 3 to 5 years of experience working in a fast-paced communications, marketing and/or professional services environment, or equivalent, undertaking strategic and tactical responsibilities.
- Have knowledge of CRM integration (i.e., Salesforce Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot, MailChimp)
- Are an expert (5-7 years of experience) in:
o G-suite (G4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.)
o SEO (SEMrush)
o Meta (Facebook Pages, Instagram, Business Manager, Meta Ad manager, and Meta Business suite)
o LinkedIn
o TikTok
- Have a very strong command of both written and spoken English.
- Are fluent with digital media conversion, including online advertising and social media.

- The salary range for this position is $56,000 to $59,500
- This is a hybrid working position
- For this role in the niche fields we work in, we have found great success in starting selected candidates on a contact relationship for a project or two, with the goal for candidates to quickly become full time.
