Qualifications:
- Fluent in both written and verbal English (Korean speaking an asset)
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Proficient computer abilities
- Strong sales skills and ability to up-sell products
Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers upon arrival
- Booking customer appointments
- Preparing parts purchase orders
- Providing accurate estimates on pricing, suggested maintenance, and required warranty work
- Creating and maintaining customer relations
- Following manufacturer and company policies
- Updating customers on job progress of their vehicle
- Accurately billing of parts
- Maintaining current inventories
