Part-Time CFO - Printing/Manufacturing Company

About Us: We are a dynamic printing and manufacturing company dedicated to delivering high-quality products and services to our clients. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced CFO to join our team on a part-time basis to support our financial and operational needs.
Position Overview: We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who can work with us one day a week. This individual will be responsible for overseeing our financial operations, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring the financial health and growth of the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, experience in the manufacturing sector, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all financial aspects of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Provide strategic guidance on financial matters to support the company's growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with the management team to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
- Manage accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with external auditors and advisors as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA is a plus.

Pay: $68.05-$79.47 per hour
