Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Cabinet installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, assembly, and modification of cabinets and other millwork. This role requires a strong understanding of construction techniques and the ability to read and interpret schematics. The Installer will work closely with clients and team members to ensure high-quality installations that meet safety standards and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Perform installations of products according to specifications and schematics.
Assemble and fabricate components as needed for various projects.
Caulking
Basic drywall work
Wood, vinyl, and laminate flooring installation experience is an asset.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot installation issues and provide solutions.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Provide excellent customer service during installations by communicating effectively with clients.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years relevant construction experience.
Strong carpentry skills.
Ability to read and interpret schematics accurately.
Familiarity with construction estimating practices is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.

Pay: $25.02-$35.00 per hour
