We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Delta, BC.

JUNIOR INSIDE SALES REP
This position is for a young professional looking to build a career in construction inside sales. The Junior Sales Representative will primarily focus on preparing quotes and estimates, managing logistics and shipping, and assist with inventory. The role requires exceptional attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and the ability to communicate effectively
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare detailed and accurate quotes and estimates for customers.
- Communicate with existing customers to maintain and strengthen relationships.
- Manage logistics to ensure timely delivery of products
- Offer solutions to customer inquiries and manage customer expectations
- Manage all inbound leads and customer-initiated contact
- Provide feedback and recommendations on new products, services, and market conditions to customers, and dealer management
- Participate in trade shows, training, jobsite visit and associated product meetings
WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN EMPLOYEE THAT:
- Fluent in English with EXCEPTIONAL reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
- Detail oriented with a proven ability to deliver error-free work
- 2+ years customer service experience
- Completion of grade 12 minimum, preference towards post-secondary education
- Ability to read construction plans is an asset
- Hands-on carpentry / trades experience is an asset
- QuickBooks / CRM experience is an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
